www.oneboutique.co.uk reviews - is it a fraud / scam site? YES

FRAUD ALERT

We've had a number of complaints about a website selling cheap shoes called oneboutique.co.uk so we've put together this page to warn internet users about them

www.oneboutique.co.uk is a scam website which steals users credit card details, and either does not deliver items ordered, or delivers fake items dropshipped from China

It was set up in 2015 to trick internet users into believing it was a legitimate part of One Boutique London Ltd (our business is a legitimate online fashion retailer). They are infringing our EU trademark and we are currently working to shut them down.

If you have ordered from them, please immediately cancel your card, do a chargeback if possible, and contact your bank.

Please also report the fraud to your local police authority and abuse@1api.net who are their domain registrants.  

We have posted some example complaint emails below. Personally identifiable information has been removed. They are not a 'phishing' site, instead they are tricking users into believing that they are a legitimate website and entering their credit card information during the order checking process.

We are aware of two other websites with almost identical content that are run by them

 I received the order this morning from CHINA !!!   They are not the shoes I ordered completley different
Some cheap mules which would cost £ 20 for both pairs in the UK  I paid you £ 100 for the vionic mules very different from what you have sent me I did send an E.Mail yesterday but no reply why did you accept my order if you knew you didn't stock this item ?   And why send an substitute ?
  I wanted what I ordered not something else . Also if I knew they were coming from CHINA I would not have ordered because the don't  make the Vionic shoe in CHINA .
I am disgusted with the way this has been done and also very disappointed in not getting the shoes I ordered .  What you should have done is contacted me and explained that you can't supply the shoesI ordered and offered me a refund not just sent me any old pair of shoes .
I would like a full refund ASP . I have also contacted Trading Standards to look into this it cannot be legal surely !!!!!
